Before launching Parachute, Mahdi Tella worked as a data scientist for Delta Airlines. Spotting a need for late-night food options in the Highlands after the pandemic, she brought her big ideas into a small, sub-200-square-foot space. Blending her aviation background into the creative menu, Mahdi built Parachute to serve rich, quality ice cream and satisfying hot dogs to her local community.
